How it works

Find your local Collect+ store using our Find a Store page (make sure you select a store that is serviced by the courier handling your parcel).

Drop your parcel at your local Collect+ point. If you have been provided with a code, you can print your returns label in-store!

Keep the receipt and track your return online using your Collect+ tracking code

We have thousands of stores nationwide where you can drop off your returns. Most are open early 'til late 7 days a week
Most returns are free, check with your retailer you purchased the item from for details
If you have been provided with a code, you can now print your returns label in-store at your local Collect+ point
Track your parcel back to the retailer with a unique code
